Position Summary
Rehabilitation Assistant is an occupation that works in any number of locations and/or worksites within the health authority. This posting encompasses all Rehabilitation Assistant career opportunities throughout the Southern Interior of B.C. We are hiring now for temporary or permanent full-time and part-time positions.

About the Job:
Rehabilitation Assistants play a crucial part in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assisting Therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/resident/clients’ progression. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an integral member of the Rehabilitation Team, you make a substantial contribution to the impact on progression of patient/resident/clients’ needs and their rehabilitation journey.

Within this role a Rehabilitation Assistant:
  • Is encouraged to work at top of scope
  • Engages patients with regular therapeutic interventions
  • Is relied on to be the eyes and ears of the rehab team.
