CBI Health is seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Assistant at our Milton clinic in Milton, Ontario. In this full-time on-site role you will support Physiotherapists, manage administrative tasks and help maintain a safe, welcoming clinic.

You will liaise between clients and therapists, assist with caseloads, prepare charts, perform clerical audits, handle phone calls and orders, and contribute to a cohesive team focused on timely care and strong patient experiences.

Competenze

• A Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA diploma is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills are needed.
• Excellent communication and computer skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and to follow directions; able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills are important.

About this opportunity

If you are a dynamic Rehabilitation Assistant interested in personal and professional growth, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you to meet these goals, supported by one of the largest healthcare networks in Canada. As a full time Rehabilitation Assistant at our Milton clinic, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. Dynamic, versatile and energized by a busy schedule, you welcome the opportunity to demonstrate your strong computer, analytical and organizational skills and your success in meeting timelines.

Starting wage: $20.00-21.00 per hour
