In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like

  • Own independent analysis and draw meaningful conclusions that guide product development and compliance.
  • Create clear, professional, and i mpactful technical documentation .
  • Navigate global regulatory standards (UL, CE, CSA, etc.) to support both new products and existing systems .
  • Be the go-to expert for cross-functional teams including Production, QA, Engineering, and Project Management.
  • Lead and participate in audits, meetings, and teleconferences with confidence and clarity.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures—you’ll spot gaps and take initiative to close them.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

  • Post-secondary education in an electrical or electromechanical discipline.
  • Proven ability to write clear, structured technical documentation.

A Plus But Not Required

  • Solid understanding of key regulatory standards (UL, CE, CSA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations (RoHS, WEEE, REACH, SCIP, etc.).
