Job Summary:
The Regulatory Response and Risk Support Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the ETS Risk organization by managing regulatory initiatives, coordinating supervisory inquiries and examinations, and driving risk mitigation efforts. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and program oversight with a focus on compliance, communication, and execution excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track Division-wide supervisory inquiries and examinations in partnership with ETS Super Departments
- Monitor and assess the impact of proposed and legislated regulations across the division
- Manage documentation requirements and maintain a centralized repository for regulatory requests
- Collaborate with SMEs and risk officers to ensure complex topics are addressed and documented accurately
- Create and maintain regulatory dashboards and prepare clear status reports for ETS leadership
- Support daily ETS Risk function activities including Line of Defense (LOD) testing coordination and remediation initiatives
- Assist in executing the ETS Risk portfolio alongside internal stakeholders
- Prepare materials for internal and external risk assessments and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with risk commitments and maintain proper evidence documentation
Required Skills:- Strong program management or regulatory experience, preferably within the financial services or a highly regulated industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and consensus-building abilities with cross-functional and technical teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information to senior leadership and C-level executives
- High attention to detail with the ability to simplify and present complex data clearly
- Effective time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong reporting skills, with experience delivering updates to multiple stakeholder levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Jira and SharePoint preferred
Preferred Skills:- Background in regulatory response or enterprise risk management
- Understanding of risk governance frameworks and compliance programs
- Experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with high accountability

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
