Your responsibilities

• Develops and executes regulatory strategy to support project deliverables together with an understanding of relevant Canadian regulations and communicates impact to business.
• Drives regulatory processes and effectively works with authorities to ensure timely filing, registration, approval, and maintenance of product registration in accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements and with business objectives.
• Stays abreast of, interprets and communicates existing and proposed government regulations, registration requirements, and labelling changes that impact business to a diverse audience. Applies these changes as necessary to facilitate Reckitt’s business plans and long-term goals.
• Serves as a primary representative of/spokesperson for Regulatory Science on project teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Establishes and maintains communication channels and constructive rapport with key partners in R&D/Manufacturing, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver regulatory and business outcomes.
• Represents Reckitt in key industry and academic groups.

The experience we're looking for

• Robust regulatory strategy development and implementation and submissions (Canada Health).
• Acumen and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• High ability to manage multiple complex projects within tight deadlines.
• Biological Science with Post grad Regulatory Affairs Certificate preferred (Health).
• Ability to communicate scientific issues and technical reports to internal and/or external audiences.
• Regulatory experience within any of the following areas: Biocides, REACH, CLP, OTC, Cosmetics, Medical Devices, NHP.
• This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
