Strategic Contribution to Regulatory Excellence
University graduation in a related field (Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, etc.), plus a minimum of 4 years of related experience. Education or experience may be equated on a one‑for‑one basis.
Advanced Knowledge and Skills – Advanced writing and communication, understanding of natural justice and administrative law, analytical judgment, operational policy compliance, application of complex legislation and case precedents, and efficient caseload, task, and time management.
Assets – Experience within the Government of Alberta; human resources or labour relations; adaptability in writing style; experience with regulated professions and quasi‑judicial processes; proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and digital case management software.
