Regulated Pharmacy Technician

Your responsibilities will include assisting Pharmacists and the Pharmacy Manager with daily pharmacy operations, providing excellent customer service, handling telephone inquiries, and general housekeeping duties. You will operate pharmacy computer systems, assist in processing and preparing prescriptions, and manage drug orders and inventory.

Applicants must have completed all required national and provincial pharmacy technician programs, passed the necessary exams, and be registered with the respective College of Pharmacy in the province of employment.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Registration with the College of Pharmacists (mandatory in the province of employment).
• Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, staff, and management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A self-starter attitude with enthusiasm.
• The ability to relate to customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork skills and a collaborative approach.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience is preferable.
