Reporting to the Manager, the Registration and Scheduling Clerk's primary responsibilities include patient booking/scheduling, registration, answering inquiries, creating virtual appointment links, conducting reminder calls, photocopying reports, preparing schedules, attending meetings, maintaining patient charts, and handling mail and supplies. Demonstrating excellent customer service, organization, and confidentiality is essential.
