Reporting to the Manager, under the direction of the Clinic Leader of Operations, the Registration and Scheduling Clerk is responsible for patient scheduling, timely registration, and processing of patients with appointments in the Children’s Heart Centre. The Registration and Scheduling Clerk interacts with colleagues, patients, families, students, and partners respectfully and collaboratively, keeping with the principles of family-centred care, and Health Centre standards to meet the needs of patients and families.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monday to Friday; 08:00-16:00; 70-hours bi-weekly.
