About the Role:
Discovery Community College is committed to academic excellence and fostering a dynamic learning environment. We are seeking an on-site Registration Coordinator to support with our student enrollment, record management, and compliance, working out of the Prince George, BC campus, ensuring a seamless experience for our students

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and has the potential to lead to future advancements within the college.

Rate Range: $47,000-$50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Enrollment: Assist prospective students with registration, eligibility inquiries, and documentation.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate student records, including financial aid and compliance requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate class schedules, process applications, and ensure adherence to college policies.
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, and staff regarding registration and academic requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure students meet financial aid and registration deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in student information systems (SIS) and Office 365 platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and stakeholders.
