Island Health is seeking a Registration Clerk responsible for handling client registration and scheduling. The role emphasizes patient and staff safety while offering a culturally safe experience. Ideal candidates will have a Grade 12 education, recent related experience, and a solid knowledge of medical terminology.

Reporting to the Coordinator or designate, the Registration Clerk performs a variety of duties related to the registration and scheduling, including in person, remote, and virtual clients, according to established procedures. Provides positive and culturally safe client experience, while utilizing specialized software applications and office equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And ExperienceGrade 12 and two years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
