With more than 75,000 registrants across five professions—licensed practical nurses, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, registered psychiatric nurses, and midwives—BCCNM plays a vital role in ensuring that nurses and midwives provide safe, ethical, and competent care across the province.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategic executive with a strong track record in complex, multi-partner environments, with deep knowledge of health systems and/or professional regulation. They will be a relationship-builder, a systems thinker, and a steady hand in times of change, capable of translating vision into action while ensuring operational excellence.

This role is based in Vancouver, BC, on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
The anticipated salary range is between $320,000 and $420,000 plus bonus. Placement within this range will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
