Registrar

Position Summary: To answer the phone, answer occupancy questions, create reservations, and send out contracts to group leaders who book their events at Singing Hills.

Primary Outcomes
  • Be the main person answering the phone at camp.
  • Answer questions, make bookings, and send out contracts to reservation groups.
  • Ensure collection of all contracts, guidelines, deposits, and necessary documents from retreat leaders.
  • Register individuals for “Faithcrafting” events.
In relation to other staff

The guest relations manager works collaboratively with department managers and the executive director to ensure guest satisfaction.
