Job description

Ross Bay Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technologist (RVT) to join our team of skilled veterinary professionals. We are looking for a passionate RVT eager to utilize their expertise and provide top-notch medical care while building lasting connections with furry companions and their owners.

Requirements include completing a Veterinary Technologist or Animal Health Technologist program. If you're preparing to write your VTNE, we can assist! New graduates with knowledge of physical examinations, patient assessment, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, venipuncture, and pharmacy are encouraged to apply. We love supporting new graduates!

Responsibilities include surgical preparation, assisting in surgeries, patient recovery, and maintaining detailed and accurate patient records. Providing compassionate care to hospitalized patients and pet parents is essential.

Compensation: $ to $ per hour, depending on location and other factors.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
