The Don Valley Animal Hospital has been serving the Don Mills community for over 35 years. We are located west of the D.V.P. on Lawrence Ave. E., across from the Shops on Don Mills. We pride ourselves on providing personal and professional care that you should expect from a veterinary hospital. As pet owners ourselves, we understand the importance and value of our companions in our daily lives. Our team offers a warm, respectful, compassionate, and loving environment to all our clients and their pets.
You will be greeted by our trained receptionist and work alongside our Registered Veterinary Technicians who will assist in caring for pets throughout appointments. We offer a wide range of services including internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, nutritional, and behavioral services.
Our ideal Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets, being respectful in all interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The RVT also assists the Veterinarian with medical, surgical, and dental procedures, using diagnostic equipment, preparing patients, instruments, and equipment for surgery, and administering and monitoring medicines under the Veterinarian's supervision. We are seeking an RVT who can work approximately 20 hours per week.
