Pathstone Mental Health in Ontario seeks a Registered Therapist to deliver evidence-based interventions for youth (6–18) within the CAPA model, collaborating with families, schools and other professionals to support goals in home, school, and community settings.
The role requires an MSW/MA or equivalent, Ontario registration, and 2 years of clinical experience. French/English bilingualism is preferred; a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle is required for travel within Ontario.
Partnership provides individual and family therapy for clients aged 6–18 addressing a broad range of mental health issues through outpatient services offered in person or virtually. Therapists collaborate with children, youth, and their families to identify goals and use evidence-based or evidence-informed treatment modalities, such as CBT and DBT, to support positive outcomes. They may also involve specialized consultants—including child and adolescent psychiatrists, pediatricians, or psychologists—and liaise with education providers and other professionals to develop interventions across home, school, and community settings. Working within the CAPA (Choice and Partnership Approach) model, the Registered Therapist will deliver evidence based/evidence informed interventions for both Choice and Partnership appointments.
