Lakeridge Health Ajax-Pickering & Oshawa is seeking a Registered Technologist to produce radiographs and CT images, store them, and record examinations as requested by medical staff in accordance with established procedures.
The role requires a Medical Radiation Sciences program completion and a CMRITO license, with the ability to work all shifts including on-call, and rotation into other radiographic modalities while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The Technologist is responsible for producing radiographs and computed tomography images with accountability to storing images and recording them as required to complete examinations requested by medical staff in accordance with the procedures set out in appropriate manuals; assisting the Radiologist in the performance of their procedures and ensures patient comfort and safety; maintaining technical competence as required under the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) guidelines and the requirements of the C.A.M.R.T. and/or O.A.M.R.S.; rotation into other radiographic modalities; participation in student/technologist training and completion of other related duties as required.
