SE Health Taylor View Towers in Red Deer, AB, seeks a Social Worker to join our clinical team. The role focuses on holistic rehabilitation, interprofessional collaboration, and patient-centered care to support residents’ health and well-being.
You will hold a BSW or MSW, be registered with the ACSW, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The position is permanent and part-time (0.6 FTE) with a supportive team and flexible scheduling.

As a key member of the SE Health clinical team at Taylor View Towers, the Social Worker will work with resident to increase their health and wellness. The suitable Social Worker will be able to work well independently and, within an interprofessional team focused on customer service focused, and have great people skills.Your passion is to use your caregiver knowledge, skill and judgment to provide integrated and holistic rehabilitation care to meet the physical, safety, emotional and spiritual needs of people of all ages and care needs. Social Worker will provide patient management through all stages of assessment, treatment, consultation and follow-up services to residents. As the successful candidate, you are a graduate of an accredited program in Social Worker and are a member in good standing of theAlberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).You demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a high level of initiative and adaptability to rapidly changing demands.
