Your Role on the Team

Under supervision, assists in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with pulmonary disorders. Collects and analyzes specimens, measures lung capacity, and performs related tasks within standard practices. Creativity and problem-solving skills are required. Performs additional duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of respiratory care for patients of all ages.
  • Good clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
  • Mandatory hospital education and compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Customer service skills and ability to work efficiently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of university and medical center policies and procedures.
