Job description

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide coverage to all areas of the hospital.

The successful candidate will be motivated, self-directed, and a key member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team with defined roles focused on quality patient care and patient flow. They will be responsible for providing excellent care to a diverse acute medical patient population in a fast-paced setting.

New regular part-time and full-time employees hired into this department will be eligible for the Bonus Incentive payment of up to $4000.00, payable at established intervals over the course of the first 2 years of continuous active employment.
