What You’ll Do:

• Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services to your chosen population(s), helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals. Therapy will be conducted both in-person and virtually.
• Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a growing team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Masters degree or PhD is required.
• Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist: Be registered in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Please note: If you are a Provisional Psychologist, an external supervisor will be required for this position, as supervision cannot be provided.
• Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. You have specialized training in (or willing to actively seek training and certification in) an evidence-based therapy modality (ex. ACT, DBT, CBT, IFS, Gottman Method, EFT, somatic therapies etc.)
• Must have training in EMDR or ART (please include in cover letter)
• Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care. Someone who leads with compassion, is committed to their own personal development, and open to being vulnerable will thrive on our team.
• Availability: We are looking for a therapist with evening and weekend availability. Must be available to work 2 evenings and 1 weekend shift.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment. You want to be part of a growing group practice focused on community and engagement.
• Social Media: Must be willing to have a social media presence to assist with branding and marketing.
• Technology Knowledge: Knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and Jane app are considered assets.
• Professional Liability Insurance: must hold professional liability insurance of a minimum 2 million dollars and "slip and trip" insurance

Job Type: This is an independent contractor position without benefits. The independent contractor is responsible to pay their own taxes and follow CRA requirements.
