Job summary

CBI Health in Lethbridge, AB is seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary clinic. You will conduct assessments, provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment, monitor client progress, and contribute to discharge planning.

The role emphasizes occupational rehabilitation, chronic pain, brain injury and mental health programs, with opportunities for collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a recognized School of Psychology.
  • Must be registered in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
  • Interest in occupational rehabilitation.
  • Familiar with psychosocial models of interdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

  • Apply psychological assessment, evaluation and treatment, and monitor client progress with consultation at the core of the role.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on conditions affecting functional abilities, delivering psychosocial interventions and discharge planning.
  • Maximize the functional independence of clients to enhance their quality of life.

  • Youll apply psychological expertise in assessment, evaluation and treatment, as well as monitoring of client progress and reporting, with consultation at the core of your role

  • You are experienced in, or have a strong interest in developing expertise in the area of occupational rehabilitation
  • You are familiar with the field of health and the psychosocial models of interdisciplinary care
