Job summary

CBI Health in Lethbridge, AB, invites a Registered Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary clinic. You will provide assessment, evaluation and treatment, monitor client progress, and report outcomes with a focus on psychosocial care.

You will collaborate with experts across occupational rehabilitation, pain and mental health programs to support functional independence and client goals in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a recognized School of Psychology.
  • Registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists in good standing.
  • Experience or strong interest in occupational rehabilitation.
  • Familiar with interdisciplinary models of care in health.

Responsibilities

  • Apply psychological expertise in assessment, evaluation and treatment, with progress monitoring and reporting, including consultation.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on conditions affecting functional abilities, delivering psychosocial interventions and discharge planning.
  • Maximize functional independence to enhance clients' quality of life.

  • You’ll apply psychological expertise in assessment, evaluation and treatment, as well as monitoring of client progress and reporting, with consultation at the core of your role

  • You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team regarding conditions that impact functional abilities, delivering on psychosocial interventions as well as discharge planning

  • You know the importance of maximizing the functional independence of clients to enhance their quality of life


Here’s what you’ll need to be successful



  • You are a graduate of a recognized School of Psychology

  • You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists

  • You are experienced in, or have a strong interest in developing expertise in the area of occupational rehabilitation

  • You are familiar with the field of health and the psychosocial models of interdisciplinary care
