We are currently hiring for an existing vacancy in this position.

Our Visiting Nurses provide client care in the client’s own home, including physical assessments, symptom control, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, counseling to individuals and families, and more.

What we need from you:
  • Licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in your province
  • Canadian Nurses Association certification in Community Health Nursing (asset)
  • Additional degrees or certificates may be required for specific clinical fields
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check; Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check may be required
  • Clinical practice experience (asset)
  • Experience in community health (asset)
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required

Work conditions include a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, physical activities like lifting, bending, and walking, and fine hand movements.
