Job summary

Extendicare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for Summit Place Retirement in Owen Sound, Ontario. This part-time daytime position involves delivering nursing care to residents, following physicians' orders, and updating care plans.

The successful candidate will monitor residents’ health, document changes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal applicants hold an Ontario RPN certificate, registration, and prior long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Current certificate of competence from an approved Ontario college or school
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

Assure observance of required techniques in nursing care 2) Assist in assessing patients/residents and develop, implement, review and evaluate care plans.
