Registered Practical Nurse, Reactivation Care Centre Unit 4 & 5

Your goal in this position is to provide excellent patient and family-driven care in a supportive and culturally sensitive manner. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of care providers, focusing on assessment, education, prevention, maintenance, and restoration of patient health. You will share responsibility for ensuring that health and safety policies are followed to create a healthy environment for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers, and families.

This position supports the hospital’s academic mandate by advancing care through teaching and learning and/or transforming care through research and innovation. You will foster strong relationships across the organization, connecting effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
