Registered/Licensed Practical Nurse (RPN/LPN) Chatham, Ontario

Responsibilities

1. Provide nursing care to clients in accordance with their care plans.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
3. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
5. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.

Minimum Requirements

1. Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse.
2. Previous experience in a clinical or community nursing setting is an asset.

5. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
