Job Description

Right at Home is looking for experienced, professional LPN/RN/RPN to add to our team of exceptional Nurses and assist with 1:1 client care in Stouffville.

Schedule: RPN to work on a rotation of 3 days one week and 4 days the next week, working every other weekend. Shifts are from 1pm-8pm or 2pm-9pm.

Our goal is to supplement existing support from family, government resources, or retirement residences with our flexible, professional, and relationship-oriented care, providing assistance when clients need it most.

Responsibilities
  1. Measure vital signs (blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, respiration rate)
  2. Collect, label, process, and package biologic specimens for shipment to the central laboratory
  3. Administer 12-lead ECG
  4. Facilitate investigational medicinal product (IMP) accountability
  5. Complete urine pregnancy tests and urine drug tests
  6. Assess and record changes in signs or symptoms as reported by the patient
  7. Conduct study drug review
  8. Complete visit documentation

  • VSS/Criminal Record Check (required)
  • Nursing license and registration in good standing with the CNO (required)
COVID-19 Considerations

All nurses are required to wear masks while with clients. Personal protective equipment is provided. Nurses must be up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccinations and provide proof of vaccination.
