Qualifications

• Registered Nurse – Extended Class in good standing with CNO.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MScN) required.
• Experience in long-term care/geriatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered, evidence-based nursing care in a long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with Physicians and care partners to ensure clinical excellence.
