We are actively advancing towards high reliability care and seek a Registered Practical Nurse to join our Haemodialysis Unit, Nephrology Program.
As a key team member, you will participate in a chronic disease prevention and management (CDPM) approach, aligning with the Ontario Renal Network and Ontario Renal Plan III goals:
Employment Status: Temporary Full Time
Duration: Until February 9, 2026 (subject to change)
Reporting Relationship: Manager, Haemodialysis Unit
Hourly Rate: $36.929 - $37.466
Union Group: NOWU
Hours of Work: Rotating shifts including weekends, days, and evenings
Location: Humber River Health – Wilson Site
