Job summary

Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking an experienced perioperative nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care within the operating room, PACU and day surgery environments. Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Operating Room, PACU and Day Surgery, the successful applicant will be responsible for comprehensive nursing care in the perioperative program and must meet the following criteria:

Education Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited college nursing program
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

Mandatory Qualifications

• Current two (2) years experience in a Surgical or Day Surgery setting
• IV Certification
