AgeCare is hiring a Registered Practical Nurse to deliver high‑quality nursing care in a geriatric/long‑term care setting in Toronto. You will work with the care team, provide guidance to Personal Support Workers, and coordinate with physicians to meet resident needs.

The role requires an active Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario and a valid Ontario license, with familiarity of provincial health acts and standards. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Provides input into the revision of procedures within the residence and the unit.Liaises with physicians and other members of the health care team including external health care partners.
