This is a community based role for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) located in London, ON. The RPN will be responsible for providing care and support to senior clients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and supporting daily living activities. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients’ well‑being and addressing any changes in their condition promptly and effectively. The RPN will contribute to creating a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for all clients.
