Job summary

Halton Healthcare in Georgetown, Ontario, is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our complex transitional care team. This permanent part-time position offers day/night, 12-hour shifts at our Georgetown site.

You will deliver patient-centered care for complex populations, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold Halton Healthcare's commitment to exemplary patient experiences. The role requires current CNO registration, BLS, medication administration, IV and wound care

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Heart & Stroke approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire.
• Experience working with and advocating for the elderly.
• Medication administration certification and experience.
• Physical assessment.
• Wound care.
• Enteral feeding experience.
• Maintenance of IV lines.
• Experience with electronic documentation.
• Satisfactory employment and attendance record.
