Impact and Role

As a regulated professional licensed with the provincial college of pharmacy, you'll be an essential part of our pharmacy team, committed to patient-centered care and exceeding patient expectations. We seek friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals to perform authorized technician duties as per provincial regulations.

This hybrid role offers opportunities in retail and Long-Term Care, focusing on clinical services. It is an 18-month term position covering maternity leave, with potential to become full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and transcribing verbal prescriptions from practitioners
• Ensuring prescriptions are complete and authentic
• Providing injections/vaccinations where regulated
• Transferring and receiving prescriptions with other pharmacies
• Ensuring accuracy of prescriptions and patient records

Qualifications

• Completion of Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
