What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, fill, label, and package prescription medications with accuracy and care.
  • Maintain and update patient profiles, medication records, and prescription histories in line with privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Support pharmacists in processing prescriptions and addressing patient or prescriber inquiries.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking levels, restocking, and coordinating orders with wholesalers or manufacturers.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary environment in accordance with NAPRA and College of Pharmacists of BC regulations.
  • Contribute to quality control processes and pharmacy documentation.
  • Support packaging supply management and help keep workflows moving efficiently across teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensing : Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of BC, in good standing.
  • Experience : Previous pharmacy experience preferred; experience in a fast-paced or mail-order environment is an asset. Attention to Detail : Precision in labelling, documentation, and inventory handling is critical.
  • Technical Skills : Comfortable using pharmacy systems (Kroll) and has strong computer literacy.
  • Strong Communicator : Clear and professional in both verbal and written communication.
  • Team Player : Works collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment; adaptable and proactive.
  • Health & Safety : Committed to following safety procedures and fostering a safe workspace.
