Signature Orthodontics is looking for a full-time passionate and energetic Registered Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our newly managed and growing practice in North Edmonton, AB.
Our goals include, providing exceptional patient care, preserving and continually strengthening the patient-doctor relationship, fostering an inclusive culture, and fully supporting our team members.

What you will be doing - key responsibilities:
- Managing the patient experience through outstanding customer service skills.
- Take intra-oral records and radiographs.
- Provide excellent assisting skills to our clinical team.
- Perform iTero scans.
- Provide oral health education to our patients and families.
- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.
About you:
- Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality with a passion and energy for exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work cohesively in a small, tight-knit team.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients.
- Alignment with our vision, mission and values, which guide how we work.
What you bring – qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
- Completion of Ortho Module.
- Previous experience in an orthodontic office (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
