Base Pay Range

$50.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Responsibilities

Ensure proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.
Collaborate with residents and healthcare team members.
Record medication administration accurately.
Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and tasks are performed according to all regulations and safety procedures.
Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Active RN license in California.
Prior experience as an RN in a community setting.
A genuine desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
