About the Role

Are you interested in relocating to the United States? We operate top-performing nursing centers throughout New Mexico. Many of our patients are Spanish-speaking! We are excited to assist you with relocation, housing, and obtaining your TN visa, guaranteeing a stay of up to three years with renewable extensions. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care within your scope of practice to meet patients' needs, following standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Follow established procedures for charting and incident reporting.
  • Adhere to procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
  • Document any changes in patient conditions, including nutritional issues, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other noticeable changes.
  • Use the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring.
  • Notify relevant departments of room changes, leave of absence, new admits, or discharges.
  • Conduct rounds with physicians when necessary.
