Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care (“Yee Hong”) is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 6-month temporary part-time role with mixed shifts. The RN will supervise unit staff and coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary team, while communicating with families to ensure high-quality care.
The successful candidate will practice in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario, perform the nursing process, document care, and collaborate with physicians, laboratories, and hospitals.
Registered Nurse - Temporary Part-Time Mixed Shift for 6 months, with possibility of extension Performs the functions of Registered Nurse in compliance with the standards of practice for Registered Nurse developed by the College of Nurses (CNO) and provides high quality nursing service that reflects the organization's resident centred approach, vision and policies. As a Unit Nurse, the Registered Nurse is responsible for day to day supervision of staff in the unit and coordination of resident care with interdisciplinary team members as well as communications with families.
