Job Summary:

Apply the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve effective outcomes. Engage in professional development activities aligned with nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement patient care plans, anticipating needs across the continuum.
  • Analyze patient information to determine nursing diagnoses.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Promote health and maintain a safe environment.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Technical Capabilities:
  • Evidence-Based Practice (Novice): Ability to search for evidence to answer clinical questions under supervision.
  • Care Planning (Novice): Ability to prioritize and organize work, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Nursing Patient Education (Novice): Fundamental skills in providing patient education.
  • Nursing Patient Assessment & Evaluation (Novice): Ability to assess and evaluate patients, recognize problems, and communicate with the healthcare team.
