A leading healthcare provider seeks a Registered Nurse for the Skye Centre. The role involves delivering comprehensive care, including wound and palliative care, in a high-security environment. Applicants must be registered nurses with a degree in nursing. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and allowances.
AfC Band 5 (pro rata) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,679.10 per annum (pro rata) and a High Secure Clinical Responsibility Allowance of £4,030.01 per annum (pro rata).

The Skye Centre provides a high-quality, individually focused service that includes therapeutic, recreational, social, vocational, educational, and physical health services. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Practice Nurse and support staff to deliver a range of physical health needs, including wound care, palliative care, and chronic disease management, in line with patients’ treatment plans and personal choices.
The individual will work as part of the Health Centre team alongside the Practice Nurse and support staff. The successful candidate will participate independently, working in partnership with patients and across clinical disciplines. You will contribute to high-quality care in a secure environment through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, maintaining safety at all times.
Applicants should have professional/clinical knowledge obtained through training to degree level. Registration on the NMC single professional register for Adult Nursing and/or Mental Nursing/Learning Disability Nursing is required.
