Job summary

The Hope to Health Clinic, Research and Innovation Centre in Downtown Eastside seeks a regular full-time Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.

Based in Vancouver, the clinic provides primary and specialty care with a focus on HIV, harm reduction and coordinated team-based care. Candidates must have BCNU/BCCNM credentials and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse in good standing with BCCNM.
• 2+ years experience with diverse marginalized populations in primary care, HIV, addictions or mental health settings.
• Completion of Point of Care HIV Testing training and BCCDC Immunization and Narcan certifications or commitment to complete within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess and engage new clients, document assessments, and develop care plans in collaboration with the health care team.
• Participate in team and case management meetings, ensuring coordinated care.
