Job summary

Spectrum Health Care (SHC) is seeking a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse (RN/RPN) to join our Bolton clinic team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, wound management, infusion therapy, and chronic disease management in a clinical setting.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of community nursing experience, hold CNO registration, and be able to manage a caseload independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of community nursing experience.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Ability to work independently in managing a caseload.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with infusion therapy, mental health, palliative care, and wound care is an asset.
• Excellent patient assessment and teaching skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Physical ability to perform the day-to-day duties described in the duties and responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and ability to learn proprietary software.
