Baycrest Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Palliative Care Unit. This permanent part-time role involves providing exemplary care to clients with complex needs, contributing to interdisciplinary teams, and participating in nursing education. Ideal candidates will possess a solid nursing background and be passionate about improving palliative care outcomes.

Palliative Care Unit (6 West)
Shift Type: Night, alternate weekends (subject to change)
Hours of Work: 7.5 hrs /shift
Union: ONA
The Palliative Care Unit (6 West) provides 24-hour pain and symptom control combined with emotional and spiritual support to patients with late or end-stage malignant and non-malignant disease in need of palliative care. We offer a 31 bed unit with beds reserved for both short-term palliative applicants with a 90 day or less prognosis and long-stay palliative applicants.
