Position Details

Compensation and Incentives
  • $2,000 Signing Bonus + $5,000 Retention Bonus (conditions apply)
  • Newly increased pay rates
  • HFO offers a $25,000 CCPN incentive for eligible nurses with a 24-month commitment
Your Role

As an NSWOC, you will provide wound assessments, ostomy care, and continence management in clients' homes or clinics. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that promote healing and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and educate clients and families, implement care plans, and support discharge planning
  • Support advanced treatment modalities and case management
  • Educate clients using evidence-based methods to empower informed health decisions
  • Act as a clinical resource and mentor team members
  • Participate in weekly virtual meetings with NSWOCs across the province

Requirements
