Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the Ksyen Regional Hospital team in Terrace, BC. The RN will practice under the supervision of the Manager or designate and in accordance with BC College of Nurses and Midwives standards and a patient- and family-centered care model.

You will assess, plan, provide and evaluate nursing care across an acute medical unit, with rotating shifts including days and nights.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Registered Nurse practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a patient and family-centered care model.

The Registered Nurse (RN) practices in a variety of clinical settings, and working collaboratively with the interprofessional care team, provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, providing and evaluating nursing care to patients in an acute medical unit.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Nights, 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 (Rotating)
