Northern Health invites dedicated Registered Nurses to join Ksyen Regional Hospital. You will provide compassionate direct patient care in an acute medical unit, collaborating with an interprofessional team to support patient and family-centered care.

Under BC College of Nurses and Midwives standards, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care while rotating shifts including days and nights to meet unit needs.

• Works within BC CNO/BCCNM standards and patient-centered care model.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Registered Nurse practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a patient and family-centered care model. The Registered Nurse (RN) practices in a variety of clinical settings, and working collaboratively with the interprofessional care team, provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, providing and evaluating nursing care to patients in an acute medical unit
