Do you have a passion for nursing? We have the position for you! We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at the New Nechako Centre.
Reporting to the Team Lead (or designate) and in accordance with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards of practice and Northern Health Vision, Mission, and Values, as a member of a multi-disciplinary mental health care team, the RN - EPI works as a therapist and case manager in a multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical services to clients in the Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) Program, including assessment, planning, treatment, consultation and follow-up, utilizing the EPI Service and Clinical Guidelines and the Early Psychosis Carepath. Provides assertive outreach as required. Works in partnership with clients and caregivers, as well as facility managers and staff of relevant community agencies. Participates in planning, program development, policy recommendations, and research and evaluation. Provides community mental health education.
