Job summary

Interior Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department at Elk Valley Hospital in Fernie, BC. This Relief Part Time (0.74) role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rotating day and night shifts.

You will provide emergency nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to evidence-based practice while maintaining your clinical competence and pursuing opportunities for education and growth within IH.

• Enhances quality of life for the patient and family; consults, confers, and collaborates with other health care providers

• Participates on designated hospital committees/teams and approved research projects as assigned

This is a Relief Part Time (0.74) opportunity until April 07, 2028, or the return of the incumbent.

Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights rotating from 07:00 to 19:15, 19:00 to 07:15 hours.
